Payment and rates in effect
Payment (deposit and final payment) for reservations must be made by credit card. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total cost is required when the reservation is made. The balance is payable at check-in when you pick up the keys.

At check-out, the keys should be returned to the office or left in the cabin.  A $50 fee will be charged for any unreturned keys.

Reservation changes or cancellations
If reservations are changed or cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, there is no charge. If the change or cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be retained.

No changes or cancellations are possible less than ten (10) days before the arrival date, for any reason. In that event, the total cost of the reservation will be automatically billed to the credit card on file.
