Imagine... extremely comfortable cottages, located just steps from the beach and one of the most beautiful bays in the world : Chaleurs Bay in Gaspésie. With a distinctive, modern architecture inspired by maritime setting, the Bioparc of Gaspésie offers a complex of nine cottages.

Through their brightness and interior design practice, the cottages of Bioparc meet the needs of comfort and space for guests. Floors and stairs of wood, cathedral style ceilings, windows facing south with sea view, comfortable benches for reading or admiring the sea, inviting rooms, kitchen and living room are spacious and practical.

Outside, a maritime background surrounding cottages, is the sea in front and behind the beautiful lagoon and estuary of Bonaventure River. Boardwalks connecting each cottage and drive to the beach. Peace and security guarantees.

Cottages are available all year round.

Cottage rentals

Rental rates for 2012 :
(plus taxes)

Low season
From January 1^st to June 21^st 2012 and from August 27^th to decembre 31^st 2012

Rental by the week or two-night minimum
- Three-bedroom cottage: $1210 per week
  $175 per night (minimum 2 nights)

- Two-bedroom cottage: $1050 per week
  $160 per night (minimum 2 nights)

Possibility to rent by the month between november and april, contact us for rates and availability.

 
High season

From June 22^th to August 26^st 2012

Rental by the week only
- Three-bedroom cottage: $1415 per week
- Two-bedroom cottage: $1100 per week

Possibility to rent for minimum of 2 night only if last minut availability
- Three-bedroom cottage: $210 per night
- Two-bedroom cottage: $175 per night

Prices are subjet to change without notice. 

The cottages at the Bioparc de la Gaspésie include:
- Two or three bedrooms (full or queen beds)
- Complete kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, etc.)
- Full bathroom
- Washer and dryer
- Sitting area with sofa-bed (for two additional people)
- Linens, bath towels and kitchen towels
- High-speed wireless Internet
 
 
Terms
Cottage rates are based on each unit's capacity, either 1-to-4 people or 1-to-6 people. A surcharge ($10 per night or $25 per week) will apply for each additional guest beyond the stated capacity.
 
Check-in: After 4 p.m.
Check-out: Before 11 a.m. An additional $25 per 30-minute delay beyond the stated check-out time will be charged, if applicable.
 
General rules
The Bioparc cottages are 100% non-smoking zones. If anyone smokes in the cabin, a $200 cleaning fee will be billed to the person booking the stay.
 
Guests must leave the cottage and any equipment they used in a clean and orderly condition.
 
Any damage to the cottage or its equipment will be billed to the person booking the stay. Similarly, cottages left messy or dirty will be cleaned at the guests" expense; a supplementary $200 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
 
Anyone who violates these rules may be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
 
No pets are allowed.
 
Lights-out is at 11 p.m.
 
Campfires are permitted only in the fire rings in the designated locations.
 
No fireworks are allowed.
